Just Some Bella Blvd Projects...

Okay...I bought the Bella Blvd Sunshine and Happiness theme set and stickers found here...

...and here....

...And, I really only ended up making cards with it.  But, that's ok...because I think they turned out really cute, and I want to share them.  So, here they are...

Celebrate Today:

I just cut out the flowers from one of the sheets of patterned paper for my focal point, and grounded it on one of the journaling cards. I added a stamp to one of the stickers for my sentiment, added a strip of patterned paper to an embossed card base....put it all together, and Voila! Simple, simple.

Delight:

I used the same technique to make my circle border on this card that I used here.  So fun, if you have a lot of different border punches, that also means you have a lot of circle border options :)

Stick Together:

Another super easy one. If you can pick out something for a large focal point, usually the rest of the card comes together really quickly.

Sunshine & Happiness

I thought this journal card was adorable as a large sentiment, and the chevron embossing folder seemed to enhance these papers perfectly.

Small Wonder:

I made this card for a 'Card Crazy Saturday' post over at the MemoryWorks blog.  You can see that post here.

Sunshine & Happiness (Again!! You can never have too much ) :

As seen here for another post on the MemoryWorks blog.

That's it.....

Retro Sketches #28, Dynamic Duos #19, Just Add Ink #134

Whew! It's been awhile....The end of my summer was quite busy, and then of course it was time to get ready for school. Now that school has started, I have even less time :) So anyway, let's get on with it.....

This week's sketch from Retro Sketches:

Plus these colors from Dynamic Duos:

Plus the challenge to 'Just Add Polka Dots' from Just Add Ink.....

Equals this card from me:

I just got both the flower stamp set, and the dotted background stamp, and have been pretty anxious to use them :)

As you can see, I've used my trusty Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder once again.  I can't help it, it's my favorite...there isn't a project that it doesn't look good with! I promise, I will try to branch out and use some of my others, I have quite a bit. All of the products I have used on this card are Stampin' Up! But, here is the break down for you....

Cardstock - Cajun Craze, Always Artichoke, Sahara Sand, Very Vanilla
Ink - Really Rust, Always Artichoke, Versamark
Stamps - Fabulous Florets, Distressed Dots
Other - rhinestone, button, Linen Thread,Very Vanilla organdy ribbon, Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder
